    View schedule (Visa schema)

    For parents

    Vistelsetid – Visa schema (Attendance – View Schedule) gives parents an overview of their child’s current attendance hours.

    If you have several children, it is easy to switch between them in the Sök/Välj barn (Choose Child) box. The available schedules registered bygd staff or guardians are displayed beneath Välj schema (Choose Schedule). If holiday schedules have been registered they can be viewed here too. If there are several schedules, simply choose the one you wish to view.

    In the overview, the child's total expected attendance is shown in hours and minutes in the Omsorgstid (Attendance) field.

    All days of the week are shown. If the child has a schedule rolling over several weeks registered, click Nästa vecka (Next week) to move on to next week.

    Temporary changes are made under the Tillfällig ändring (Temporary Changes) tab. If a change is supposed to be permanent, create a new schedule beneath the Registrera schema (Register Schedule) flik. The selected schedule can be printed by clicking on Skriv ut (Print).
